### Restore browser profiles

In this guide we explain how you can restore (accidentally) deleted profiles, up to seven days.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Restore deleted profiles via Account Settings

* Go to **My Account - Account Settings** and open the **Other** tab.
* Click **Restore deleted profiles**. A pop-up will appear showing all deleted profiles.

* Search for the profiles you want to restore, select them, and click the arrows in the middle to move the selected profiles back.
* Click **Restore selected profiles**. The profiles will be visible again in your profile overview.

{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Restore deleted profiles via Profile Management

When you are in **Profile Management**, click the recycling bin icon at the top right. This opens the same pop-up where you can select deleted profiles and restore them as described above.

{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

### Disable and enable browser profiles

Sometimes you may need to disable and re-enable your browser profiles to match your current plan. If your free trial has ended and your subscription now allows **up to 3 profiles**, any additional profiles will need to be temporarily disabled. Don’t worry, you can easily enable them again after upgrading your plan.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

#### Navigate to account settings

Log in to the Incogniton app, go to **My Account - Account settings** and click on the tab **Enable /** **Disable profiles**.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

#### Disable / enable profiles

Click on the preferred button and select the profiles you want to enable or disable in the pop-up window.
