How to use the tagging system with markers
In this guide we explain the tagging functionality. With this functionality you can easily add markers to your browser profiles to make it even clearer what the status of a particular browser profile is. This makes working in Incogniton even easier for you and your team members.

Create a tag
Click Action in the browser profile overview and choose Tags - Tag Management.

Configure and add the tag
In the pop-up, give the tag a name, background color and icon.
Click Add to create the tag. You can create as many tags as you want with any combination of name, color and icon.

Assign tags to profiles
Select the browser profiles you want to tag.
Click on Action - Assign tags to profiles.

Use the Assign tag dashboard
Select the profiles to add and check the checkbox next to the tag.
Click Save tag assignments when done.
You can add multiple tags to a single browser profile.

Filter by tags
After tagging, you can filter your browser profile list by tags to view specific groups of profiles. Navigate to Search tags and select the preferred tag.
