# 配置文件卡在同步中
当浏览器配置文件在启动时卡在同步中时，有三种可能的解决方案：

**解决方案 1：强制（重新）启动配置文件**
按下配置文件旁边的三点图标，然后按下 **Force (re)start**。

**解决方案 2：更改云保存位置**
进入 **My Account - Account settings - Cloud saving**，并将服务器位置更改为离您更近的位置。您可以从下拉菜单中选择。

在与解决方案 2 相同的部分中关闭云保存。这将禁用配置文件与云的同步。关闭 **Enable cloud saving** 按钮。
