# 代理连接问题
### 问题是什么？
代理显示连接错误或配置文件显示红叉且无法启动。
### 可能的解决方案
* 检查连接类型是否正确。
* 检查是否为IPv6代理——IPv6代理仅适用于支持IPv6的网站。
* 检查代理是否需要IP授权或用户名/密码。
* 检查代理中是否包含端口——它应如下图所示。

#### 是否是代理相关问题？
当代理连接测试失败时，可能是代理相关问题。要进一步排查，首先通过不使用Incogniton，使用您的浏览器手动连接到您的代理，检查是否确实是代理相关问题。
* 如果您仍然无法连接，请向您的代理提供商提出此问题，并指出通过浏览器连接时您的代理无法工作。
* 如果您通过常规浏览器成功连接到您的代理，这意味着我们的服务器无法接收依赖于IP的数据。
### 代理连接解决方案
如果我们的服务器无法接收依赖于IP的数据，则必须手动设置时区、WebRTC和地理位置。请按照以下步骤操作：
