# Langzaam browserprofiel

Wanneer je te maken hebt met een langzaam browserprofiel, zijn er twee opties om het probleem te valideren en op te lossen:

#### Optie 1: Valideer proxysnelheid

Wanneer een proxy wordt gebruikt, wordt de internetsnelheid altijd bepaald door het browserprofiel. Om te valideren, voer een snelheidstest uit in zowel het Incogniton-browserprofiel als je eigen browser en vergelijk de resultaten.

* Gebruik **<https://www.speedtest.net/>** in het Incogniton-browserprofiel en in je reguliere browser.
* Als het Incogniton-profiel langzamer is, wordt het probleem waarschijnlijk veroorzaakt door de proxy. Neem contact op met de proxy-leverancier om dit op te lossen.

#### Optie 2: Schakel geen sandbox-modus in

Het inschakelen van geen sandbox-modus in je account kan ook helpen.

* Ga naar **Settings > Browser**
* Schakel **Run without sandbox** in
