# Het profiel blijft hangen bij synchroniseren

Wanneer een browserprofiel blijft hangen op synchroniseren bij het opstarten, zijn er drie mogelijke oplossingen.

### Oplossing 1: Forceer (her)start van het profiel

Druk op het 3-puntjes icoon naast een browserprofiel en klik op **Launch Options > Force Restart**.

### Oplossing 2: Wijzig de cloud-opslaglocatie

Ga naar **Settings > Preferences** en wijzig de serverlocatie naar een locatie dichter bij jou. Je kunt kiezen uit het dropdownmenu.

### Oplossing 3: Schakel cloud-opslag uit

Schakel cloud-opslag uit in dezelfde sectie als oplossing 2. Dit zal de synchronisatie van profielen met de cloud uitschakelen. Zet de knop **Enable cloud saving** uit.
