# Automatisch verlengen van een proxy annuleren
Wanneer je een proxy koopt in [Incogniton’s proxywinkel](/documentation/dutch-documentation/proxybeheer/incogniton-proxy-shop.md), wordt deze automatisch elke maand verlengd. Als je dit niet wilt, kun je de automatische verlenging annuleren in je Incogniton-account.

**Navigeer naar proxybestellingen**
Ga naar je Incogniton-account, navigeer naar de **Proxywinkel** en vervolgens naar het tabblad **Bestellingen**. Hier zie je de proxy of proxies die je hebt besteld.

**Annuleer automatische verlenging**
Ga naar de proxy waarvoor je de automatische verlenging wilt annuleren en klik op het pictogram met de drie stippen. Klik vervolgens op **Annuleer automatische verlenging**.

**Bevestig annulering**
Er verschijnt een pop-upvenster met de vraag of je zeker weet dat je de automatische verlenging wilt annuleren. Klik op **Doorgaan** en je bent klaar! Nu wordt de proxy niet meer automatisch verlengd — je kunt de proxies [handmatig verlengen](/documentation/dutch-documentation/proxybeheer/incogniton-proxy-shop/renew-proxies.md) indien gewenst.

Het is ook mogelijk om de maandelijkse verlengingsoptie uit te schakelen tijdens het bestellen van de proxy in de winkel. In de betalingsgegevenssectie is er een vakje met **Maandelijkse verlenging**. Deselecteer deze optie als je niet wilt dat de proxy elke maand automatisch wordt verlengd.
