# Echter Standort weiterhin sichtbar

Wenn Websites immer noch Ihren tatsächlichen Standort erkennen, haben Sie wahrscheinlich Ihr Browserprofil nicht korrekt eingestellt. Dieses Problem wird oft durch den Proxy verursacht, der nicht korrekt mit dem Browserprofil verbunden ist.

### Proxy-Einstellungen überprüfen

Stellen Sie im Tab „Proxy“ sicher, dass Sie eine der Optionen ausgewählt haben: HTTPS-Proxy, Socks 4 oder Socks 5, und dass Sie tatsächlich einen Proxy zum Profil hinzugefügt haben.

### Zeitzone überprüfen

Gehen Sie im Tab **Erweitert > Browser & Navigator** zu **Zeitzone** und bestätigen Sie, dass die Zeitzone basierend auf der IP-Adresse eingegeben wurde, die Sie dem Browserprofil hinzugefügt haben. Sie können die Zeitzone auch manuell ändern, beachten Sie jedoch, dass dies Risiken birgt, wenn Sie es falsch machen.

### Neustarten und überprüfen

Sobald Sie diese beiden Schritte abgeschlossen haben, starten Sie das Browserprofil neu und überprüfen Sie Ihre Geolokalisierung unter:
