Wenn ein Browserprofil beim Starten beim Synchronisieren hängen bleibt, gibt es drei mögliche Lösungen:

**Lösung 1: Profil zwangsweise (neu) starten**
Drücken Sie das 3-Punkte-Symbol neben einem Profil und wählen Sie **Force (re)start**.

**Lösung 2: Speicherort in der Cloud ändern**
Gehen Sie zu **Mein Konto - Kontoeinstellungen - Cloud-Speicherung** und ändern Sie den Serverstandort zu einem näher bei Ihnen gelegenen Standort. Sie können aus dem Dropdown-Menü wählen.

**Lösung 3: Cloud-Speicherung deaktivieren**
Deaktivieren Sie die Cloud-Speicherung im selben Abschnitt wie Lösung 2. Dadurch wird die Synchronisierung der Profile mit der Cloud deaktiviert. Schalten Sie den Schalter **Cloud-Speicherung aktivieren** aus.
