# Das Profil hängt beim Synchronisieren fest

Wenn ein Browserprofil beim Starten beim Synchronisieren hängen bleibt, gibt es drei mögliche Lösungen.

### Lösung 1: Profil zwangsweise (neu) starten

Drücken Sie das 3-Punkte-Symbol neben einem Browserprofil und klicken Sie auf **Startoptionen > Neustart erzwingen**.

### Lösung 2: Speicherort in der Cloud ändern

Gehen Sie zu **Einstellungen > Präferenzen** und ändern Sie den Serverstandort zu einem näher bei Ihnen gelegenen. Sie können aus dem Dropdown-Menü wählen.

### Lösung 3: Cloud-Speicherung deaktivieren

Deaktivieren Sie die Cloud-Speicherung im selben Abschnitt wie Lösung 2. Dadurch wird die Synchronisierung von Profilen mit der Cloud deaktiviert. Schalten Sie den Schalter **Cloud-Speicherung aktivieren** aus.
