# Von der Mehrwertsteuer befreit

Gesetze und Vorschriften schreiben vor, dass digitale Dienstleistungen, die von Unternehmen an Verbraucher erbracht werden, mit Mehrwertsteuer (MwSt.) besteuert werden müssen. Es gibt jedoch eine Ausnahme für Unternehmen. In diesem Leitfaden erklären wir, wie Sie diese Ausnahme nutzen können.

Gehen Sie zur Kasse und geben Sie Ihre Daten auf dieser Seite ein. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie diese Informationen korrekt eingeben. Wählen Sie bei der Option **Ich bin als Unternehmen registriert** **Ja** und füllen Sie dann die MwSt.-Daten aus.
