# Profilo browser lento

Quando si ha a che fare con un profilo browser lento, ci sono due opzioni per convalidare e risolvere il problema:

#### Opzione 1: Convalidare la velocità del proxy

Quando si utilizza un proxy, la velocità di internet è sempre determinata dal profilo del browser. Per convalidare, esegui un test di velocità sia nel profilo del browser Incogniton che nel tuo browser e confronta i risultati.

* Usa **<https://www.speedtest.net/>** nel profilo del browser Incogniton e nel tuo browser normale.
* Se il profilo Incogniton è più lento, il problema è probabilmente causato dal proxy. Contatta il fornitore del proxy per risolvere.

#### Opzione 2: Abilitare la modalità no sandbox

Attivare la modalità no sandbox nel tuo account può anche aiutare.

* Vai a **Settings > Browser**
* Attiva **Run without sandbox**
