# Il profilo è bloccato sulla sincronizzazione
Quando un profilo del browser è bloccato sulla sincronizzazione durante l'avvio, ci sono tre possibili soluzioni:

**Soluzione 1: Forza il (ri)avvio del profilo**
Premi l'icona a 3 punti accanto a un profilo e premi **Force (re)start**.

**Soluzione 2: Cambia la posizione di salvataggio nel cloud**
Vai su **My Account - Account settings - Cloud saving** e cambia la posizione del server in una posizione più vicina a te. Puoi scegliere dal menu a tendina.

**Soluzione 3: Disattiva il salvataggio nel cloud**
Disattiva il salvataggio nel cloud nella stessa sezione della soluzione 2. Questo disabiliterà la sincronizzazione dei profili con il cloud. Disattiva il pulsante **Enable cloud saving**.
