# Hồ sơ bị kẹt khi đồng bộ hóa

Khi một hồ sơ trình duyệt bị kẹt khi đồng bộ hóa khi khởi chạy, có ba giải pháp khả thi:

**Giải pháp 1: Buộc (tái) khởi động hồ sơ**

Nhấn vào biểu tượng 3 chấm bên cạnh hồ sơ và nhấn **Force (re)start**.

**Giải pháp 2: Thay đổi vị trí lưu trữ đám mây**

Đi tới **My Account - Account settings - Cloud saving** và thay đổi vị trí máy chủ đến một vị trí gần bạn hơn. Bạn có thể chọn từ menu thả xuống.

**Giải pháp 3: Tắt lưu trữ đám mây**

Tắt lưu trữ đám mây trong cùng phần với giải pháp 2. Điều này sẽ vô hiệu hóa đồng bộ hóa hồ sơ với đám mây. Tắt nút **Enable cloud saving**.
