How to Use Incogniton’s Free Unblocked Proxies

In this article, we explain how Incogniton’s free unblocked proxy feature works. With this feature, you get access to built-in proxies directly within Incogniton. These shared proxies are ideal for general content research, routine automated testing, and accessing geo-restricted content, eliminating the need to purchase external proxy services or manually configure proxy settings for each new browser profile. Essentially, this feature allows you to access blocked websites without the need for a paid proxy service.

Enable the Free Unblocked Proxy

  1. Launch Incogniton and navigate to the browser profile section.

  2. Click “Create New Profile” to set up a new browser profile or edit an existing profile.

  3. On the “Profile Overview” page, locate the “Free Unblocked Incogniton Proxy” switch and toggle it on.

  4. Select your preferred country from the dropdown list.

  5. Click “Start” or “Update profile” to save your configured settings.

And that’s it. You can begin browsing freely, bypassing regional restrictions, and accessing blocked content without needing an external proxy.

Switching Between Free and Dedicated Proxies

Keep in mind that you cannot use both the free unblocked proxy and a custom proxy at the same time. To switch back to a manually added proxy, toggle the “Free Unblocked Incogniton Proxy” button off and then add your custom proxy configurations.

Guidelines to help decide which proxy to use

  • If you need quick access to blocked content, the built-in free proxies are a great choice.

  • If you require a specific IP setup for tasks like managing multiple accounts across different regions, add your own proxy manually. You can buy dedicated IPs via the Proxy Shop.
