Periodically it happens that you have to manually renew the proxies that you purchased in the Incogniton proxy shop. In this guide we will tell you exactly how to do this. If you want to know more about the proxy shop and how to buy your first proxies, we advise you to read this article.

Go to Orders
To extend your proxies, go to your Incogniton account and navigate to Proxy Shop and then to the tab Orders.

Choose Extend order
Click on the three bullet icon of the proxy you want to renew and choose the option Extend order.

Select duration and pay
Select the number of months you want to extend and choose the payment method in the pop-up window. Click Continue and complete the payment via the selected payment provider. Once the payment is completed the renewal should be processed automatically.
Note! You can only renew an order with proxies in its entirety.
Automatic renewal
When you order a proxy from the proxy shop the proxy is set to automatically renew every month. This means you don’t have to manually renew anymore. If you don’t want automatic renewal for your proxies, you can switch off this option when completing the order, or afterwards by changing the proxy settings.
