# Validação de proxy

Quando você valida um proxy no Incogniton, isso é feito com base em um banco de dados com proxies - usamos o IPstack para isso. No entanto, por alguns motivos, a validação do proxy pode não funcionar ou pode indicar uma geolocalização diferente. Isso pode ser causado pelo fornecedor do proxy vinculando dados incorretos ao proxy ou porque as informações do IPstack foram registradas incorretamente.

Para reduzir esse problema, o Incogniton está vinculado a um segundo e terceiro banco de dados para que o proxy também possa ser validado por fontes externas além do IPstack.

Crie um novo perfil de navegador ou edite um existente e vá para a aba **Proxy**.

Vá para **Provedor de informações de proxy** e escolha **Provedor de backup** ou **Segundo provedor de backup** no menu suspenso.
