# Perfil de navegador lento

Quando você está lidando com um perfil de navegador lento, há duas opções para validar e corrigir o problema:

#### Opção 1: Validar a velocidade do proxy

Quando um proxy é usado, a velocidade da internet é sempre determinada pelo perfil do navegador. Para validar, execute um teste de velocidade tanto no perfil do navegador Incogniton quanto no seu próprio navegador e compare os resultados.

* Use **<https://www.speedtest.net/>** no perfil do navegador Incogniton e no seu navegador regular.
* Se o perfil Incogniton for mais lento, o problema provavelmente é causado pelo proxy. Entre em contato com o fornecedor do proxy para resolver.

#### Opção 2: Ativar o modo sem sandbox

Ativar o modo sem sandbox na sua conta também pode ajudar.

* Vá para **Settings > Browser**
* Ative **Run without sandbox**
