# Perfil de navegador lento

Cuando te enfrentas a un perfil de navegador lento, hay dos opciones para validar y solucionar el problema:

#### Opción 1: Validar la velocidad del proxy

Cuando se utiliza un proxy, la velocidad de internet siempre está determinada por el perfil del navegador. Para validar, realiza una prueba de velocidad tanto en el perfil del navegador Incogniton como en tu propio navegador y compara los resultados.

* Usa **<https://www.speedtest.net/>** en el perfil del navegador Incogniton y en tu navegador habitual.
* Si el perfil de Incogniton es más lento, es probable que el problema sea causado por el proxy. Contacta al proveedor del proxy para resolverlo.

#### Opción 2: Habilitar el modo sin sandbox

Activar el modo sin sandbox en tu cuenta también puede ayudar.

* Ve a **Settings > Browser**
* Activa **Run without sandbox**
