# Hồ sơ trình duyệt chậm

Khi bạn đang gặp vấn đề với hồ sơ trình duyệt chậm, có hai lựa chọn để xác nhận và khắc phục vấn đề:

#### Lựa chọn 1: Xác nhận tốc độ proxy

Khi sử dụng proxy, tốc độ internet luôn được xác định bởi hồ sơ trình duyệt. Để xác nhận, hãy chạy kiểm tra tốc độ trong cả hồ sơ trình duyệt Incogniton và trình duyệt của bạn và so sánh kết quả.

* Sử dụng **<https://www.speedtest.net/>** trong hồ sơ trình duyệt Incogniton và trong trình duyệt thông thường của bạn.
* Nếu hồ sơ Incogniton chậm hơn, vấn đề có thể do proxy gây ra. Liên hệ với nhà cung cấp proxy để giải quyết.

#### Lựa chọn 2: Bật chế độ không sandbox

Bật chế độ không sandbox trong tài khoản của bạn cũng có thể giúp ích.

* Đi tới **Settings > Browser**
* Bật **Run without sandbox**
